Instructions for Return Request
- Find the Order ID number on your original order confirmation email. This number will help us find your order in our system more quickly.
- Complete our Return Form. Please contact our Support Team before doing this, we may be able to solve your issue, or we can otherwise help expedite your return.
- Please include ALL original package contents with your return, including the original slip.
Important: If your product return is not covered by the warranty, we charge a lump sum of €59 for checking the device. Please contact our Support Team for advice on this issue.
