Product Return

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a Product Return or Replacement

Please contact our Support Team before requesting a product return. We may be able to solve your issue, or we can otherwise help expedite your return.


Instructions for Return Request

  1. Find the Order ID number on your original order confirmation email. This number will help us find your order in our system more quickly.
  2. Complete our Return Form. Please contact our Support Team before doing this, we may be able to solve your issue, or we can otherwise help expedite your return.
  3. Please include ALL original package contents with your return, including the original slip.

Important: If your product return is not covered by the warranty, we charge a lump sum of €43 for checking the device. Please contact our Support Team for advice on this issue.
