Product Return - RMA

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a product return or replacement.

Before you request a return of goods, we recommend that you contact our support team. It may be possible to resolve your complaints in another way and otherwise initiate a quick processing of your return.

Product return process

A faulty device is never nice and causes enough frustration. To make the return and analysis process as pleasant as possible for you and us, we would like to show you the individual steps briefly and transparently. Thanks to its unique assignment (RMA number), this process ensures that your request is processed quickly and that as many sources of error as possible are minimized.

  • Step 1

    RMA registration

    You can report the defective devices to our service team via our product returns forum. You enter all faulty devices, and the data is automatically transmitted to us. You receive confirmation that the information has been received. Our service team will contact you as soon as possible with the assigned RMA number and details of the next steps. This process also applies to returns due to incorrect orders.

    Please do not return the device(s) to us without an RMA number to ensure a smooth process.

  • Step 2

    Return to Proemion

    After you receive an RMA number, you can return the devices to us. Our service team will give you the exact address. We will inform you as soon as the devices arrive.

  • Step 3

    Error investigation

    Once we receive the devices, we begin with a detailed fault analysis to reproduce the fault described and check the device's condition(s).

  • Step 4

    Feedback and decision

    After the error analysis, you will receive an investigation report from which the result of the investigation and the subsequent actions can be derived.

Product return form

Please enter all device information in the form. Subsequently, you will receive the completed return forms with the appropriate RMA number from our service team to the given e-mail address. This is required for the smooth processing of your return.
